All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you after purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
- Free standard shipping on orders above $100 within Canada.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 1–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or shipping carrier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

We ship to many international locations.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Bani Jewellers is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Keep all original packaging and damaged items for inspection.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
